Maximum performance
Gallium-based alloys
Gallium-based alloys are liquid at room temperature, have excellent thermal conductivity and are used in electronics cooling, power electronics and flexible electronics.
With Galimet® products, you can achieve maximum performance in your electronics and reduce heat transfer resistance.
Non-binding enquiry
Thermal conductivity
Gallium alloys: 15–66.5 W/(m·K)
Indium foil: up to 82 W/(m·K)
Conventional pastes: 0.8–10 W/(m·K)
Liquid metal forms a thin oxide layer, but retains high fluidity and low wetting
Heat transfer resistances are reduced

Our Sales & Tech Support is here for you
The possibilities for gallium alloys are manifold and far superior to conventional heat-conducting silicone greases.
Our alloy is essentially a lead-free, 100% metal alloy that remains liquid at room temperature. Galimet® products have very high thermal and electrical conductivity and are made from non-toxic metals such as gallium, indium, tin and minor elements. As a highly thermally and electrically conductive, malleable, current-electromagnetic dual-control flow metal, it is based on excellent thermal conductivity and stability.
Another advantage of gallium alloy is that it does not react as strongly with copper and stainless steel, which ensures the safety and service life of the contact device.
We tailor production to your requirements
There may be some special features to consider with your products, whether in terms of processing, product characteristics or design.
We are here for you and will produce a mixture tailored specifically to your requirements with specific metal contents, depending on the required proportions, melting points and conductivities. There are a variety of customisation options and possibilities in the processing of liquid metals.
We are fully committed to providing the best quality and technical solutions for your applications.
Purity and composition
A wide range of application-based purity levels for the starting materials, from 99.9% to 99.999%, is available.
We can also customise the composition and resulting properties.
From classic Galinstan® to specific gallium-indium, indium-silver, gallium-silver, gallium-tin, gallium-zinc, etc. Galimet® mixtures or admixtures of other substances and metals, so that you can achieve maximum benefit.
Production is strictly controlled and continuously monitored. Raw materials are subject to complete batch tracking and quality is checked multiple times by internal and external auditors.
Packaging and design.
We offer you the option to generate your own packaging and design if you need it for your customers.
Safety is a top priority for us, so there are a few general conditions to be observed, which we would be happy to discuss with you individually.
